Inter-library Loan (ILL)

As part of the resource sharing activity, books which are not available in  APU library can be requested from other libraries through the Inter-library loan (ILL) service. This service is available only for full-time academic staff and post-graduate students. 

Before submitting your request, please check our  library catalogue  to ensure that the book you are requesting is not already in the collection or is currently on-order. If the book is not in our collection, please fill and submit the  Inter-library Loan form  at the library counter. 

Availability of the books and the time taken to deliver the book depends on the library providing the inter-library loan.  You may click on the participating libraries below to access their library catalogues to search and locate the book that you are looking for.
